Magic item in packs

in a template above code writes.. But unlike others , it has many parameters for magic. What is the meaning of them ?

There is currently not enough information to give a complete answer to that question.
One of the parameters is a chance indicator, I believe it's the 10.
I know where the demo starts parsing that string so if you know assembler I could give you the address and you could take a look at it yourself. It's on my to-do list though. Someday I'll decode the format and post it on these forums.
